Now if he pulls the kids out of the private school then that is $80,000 freed up to live on. And sell the house now. Then buy a motor home to live in.

Sam Dogen is so dumb!
He was making about $380,000 just last year.
Then he buys too big a home in the wrong area of town.
Now he says that $240,000 is not enough....!
His expenses are way out of line. He could easily cut back but he wants to keep up with the Joneses.
What he does not realize is the Joneses are in debt trying to impress everyone.
