Thanks for the detailed piece about all the options. Very kind of you!
Thanks. I’ve received numerous kinds of info on this thread, and I’m putting yours into my memory bank.
I guess what’s the matter with me is that I heard of GV and decided to politely ask if anyone had experience w/ it. Many have politely responded with useful intel for me, pro and con, for which I’m grateful.
Better audio; you’re the first to say it. Thanks.
The best way to test it is to just try it. It’s easy to set up and make calls and doesn’t cost anything, that way you’ll have first hand experience. If you like it you use it if not you drop it.
I like that advice. I’ll confer w/ Mrs M and see it she’s for or agin’ it. Thanks.
How very nice for you that you know how to do that. Many of us aren't so fortunate.
I have only shared a verification code in a very limited circumstance. I had called the company and the person I was talking to needed it to view my account. Otherwise, I'm never giving out that code.
I'm getting a lot of calls from spoofed numbers. I answered one because it appeared to be from a nearby hospital, but the person said, "Hello, this is ___ from Embassy Suites." I said that since they were spoofing a hospital phone number, they're obviously a scammer and hung up.
You’re welcome.
“Wow. That’s chilling. Quite a strong caveat.”
fwdude is absolutely right. It is listening and spying all the time.
Thanks. Noted.
You’re welcome.
