Even the driveby media has lawyers. Once in a while they are forced to tell the truth or suffer lawsuits not in their favor. Most driveby media lie their asses off 24/7. That alone has a way of catching up to them sooner or sooner.

The article is real and accurate. Whether the site is actually CNBC is an unknown. I'm leaning towards real because the site uses NBC trademarks and has for the past two years. I don't know how they could get away with that for very long.
