Years ago I had to sit through a “Diversity & Inclusion’’ lecture at work. After two hours of mind numbing tedium and being told “We;re all equal and diversity is our strength’’ I asked the woman spewing this nonsense(she was black, they’re always black) “If we’re all equal how is diversity our strength?’’
She look at me with a dumb expression for a few seconds and then just kept yapping away.
I suspect the idea came from military tactics; combine sea, air and land forces in a strategic attack — keep the enemy looking in all directions at once.
Of course, the morons think that this applies everywhere and to everything.
OOOh, my cake is diverse. It includes eggs, milk, and flour. Geesh.
Ask WHY?
Diversity is divisive.
Love is not a license for licentiousness.
Diversity is a term to push the unqualified, on the basis of race, WOKE, etc.
Diversity as the left understands it is no one (is allowed to) having a differing opinion.
It’s just another word for affirmative action and selecting people based on their skin color instead of their skill set. It’s completely racist
