Nothing will happen to this commissar. In fact she will be given more money and power by the very people on her list. Any institution that embrace DEI begins to rot. The stench is unmistakable.
Diversity officers are all ugly, bald, black bichez(sic). How is that diverse?
I can’t even imagine what they pay her.
“Johns Hopkins Medicine said in a statement to Deseret News that the newsletter had contradicted the values of the institution”
The racist should be fired, with all of her “privileges” revoked. If a white person had published anything even close to this bigoted and “exclusionary” they would already be gone. Every American knows that there would be no excuses or forgiveness for any white person in this situation.
The racist can find other employment.
The old if you inferior blame it on the so called privileged song.
They only logical place DEI ends up is fueling hate towards straight-white-Christian-males and making them an EXCLUDED group. This renders the entire concept null and void. You can’t be inclusive by carving out characteristics of groups of people and telling them they’ve done something wrong just by the definition of what they were born as - that they’re not part of ‘inclusive’.
Also, I find it specifically interesting that ‘Christian’ is on the list. One isn’t ‘born into being Christian’, it’s a choice and a sacrifice - how is that ‘privilege’? Technically, there’s more Muslims than Christians - so why isn’t Muslim in the list?
We all know why. This is nothing more than an attack on western culture. The real hatred is for everyone that built modern society, to remove it from those that built it, and to transfer the wealth from them. It must destroy that foundation - which is straight-white-Christian-males.
When white kids are being bulled in the school playground because of their ‘whiteness’, and respective ‘automatic deserved guilt’, it exposes the natural result. Hate. Just because adults in corporate America aren’t going to physically assault each other, it doesn’t mean that the sentiment and equivalent effects won’t happen.
HR departments might be teaching this nonsense (ironic because they’re almost all women, no diversity) but when it translates to promotions based on minority status, along with the authority that goes with it, you’ll obviously see lower overall effectiveness. The company loses. Unless they’re willing to collectively lose together, it can only be short term - until they see the problems and the fight to survive forces them to stop the insanity. Which seems to be where we’re at.
DEI was a luxury when the economy was better. It’s an obvious millstone around the neck at this point.
She needs to be fired.
Today.

She’s not sorry for what she said. She’s sorry she got caught saying it. That’s a very big difference. It still reveals her way of thinking and the actual operational methodology of her department.
What gets me is that this type of thinking is not new at all. This has been going on in corporate America for years - it just didn’t have a label like DEI. The HR departments of corporate America have been taken over by thinkers such as her, along with the extreme leftwing feminazis, homosexuals, etc. As someone who matches all nine of the descriptors on this list, I can tell you that I didn’t stand a chance of getting rehired in the corporate world when my existing position was eliminated in 2008. I could go into an HR department for an interview (for a position for which I was very well qualified) and feel the disdain floating in the room... My interview was just a formality to show that they were “interviewing all possible candidates.” There was never, ever, a single individual in the HR departments that shared even one of the nine traits on this list. It hadn’t been like that when I started my career. It didn’t take me long to realize that my chances of resuming my existing line of work was non-existent. So, I took another career path that drew upon my knowledge gained in my LEO/Military career, and went back to work. I’m still doing it 3-4 days a week, and I don’t have to deal with that corporate garbage.
They can take their DEI and shove it so far that even the best protologist couldn’t remove it. I’ve worked hard my entire life, and nobody has given me anything. In fact I’ve had to continuously guard against being shorted on my salaries and promotions due to the transition of what had been good HR departments into the woke DEI machines that they’ve become.

I bet a lot of middle-aged, heterosexual, English-speaking, more or less Christian, black males don’t feel very privileged.
Friggin’ “colleges” and “universities” are worthless except for when you need an “A” or “extra credit”. “Gurlz Gone Wild” spring breaks ain’t bad either, I guess.
If an organization must be destroyed put a college educated black woman in charge.

Someone printed what she believes. “How dare they”
Hopefully there is some deep pocket lightening rod to put the screws to another racist organization.
Damn, I’m guilty of all charges. In theory she is guilty of speaking English, but I have not heard her speak, so it’s not a slam dunk she speaks proper English.
A tactical retreat. Wait’ll after the election.
Re: “Unearned benefit”: Is there a white ;Chief Diversity Flunky anywhere at all in the US?
Bkmk
so white people are not privileged?
