Based on my experience "communicating" with support department chatbots, the more I "communicate" with them, the more likely I am to commit hari kari. They are infuriating, maddening, and absolutely worthless. "You can do things like check your balance or get your last transaction."
I always start screaming "agent, representative, person, human being, associate!" Eventually the stupid thing succumbs and says "Let me get somebody who can help you." And another ten minutes of my life is lost to useless tech.

AI is nothing but more digitization of what people have written and the transcription of some talks. AI is not and can never be wise or irreverant and think outside a stsrictly defined, dismally limited set of intersections/boolean concatenations. AI is not acutely discerning and spontaneouly wise and not astoundingly clever or irreverant or innovative in the way even the dullests of God-given human braiins is.
