I’m surprised we don’t have laws against racism. Seems like that would be a good thing
The comment I make to my Jewish friends in all this is “it took all of about 2 seconds for the world to jump on an officially sanctioned anti-Jew hatred, didn’t it?
Harvard “affinity celebrations” take place before the graduation ceremony. Then every graduate attends the real graduation ceremony—together!
So the “affinity celebrations” are no big deal! No one gets their degree until the real graduation ceremony.
Harvard is having a very bad year. LOL
Harvard stopped being a resume’ enhancer long ago. It is now simply a joke.
What about “white graduates”?
“Segregation today segregation tomorrow segregation forever!”
George Wallace is smiling in his grave.
Harvard hosted special “graduation celebrations” for certain
“identity groups” but the Harvard celebrations excluded Jews.
The now-deleted “Affinity Celebrations for Graduates”
on Harvard’s website boasted events for:
<><> “Graduates with Disabilities,”
<><>”Indigenous Graduates,”
<><>”Latinx Graduates,”
<><>”LGBTQ+ Graduates,”
<><>”Arab Graduates,”
<><>”Black Graduates,”
<><>and more obscure identity groups........but did not celebrate Jewish grads.
Harvard staff supporting events that recognize and celebrate the “accomplishments of
grads from historically marginalized communities,” the 2023 web page stated, included:
<><>the Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging;
<><>the DIB Leadership Council;
<><>the Council of Deans of Students;
<><>the Commencement Office;
<><>and students.
