A fake outrage from the democrat party who are having their fellow travelers attack Elon Musk or anyone else like the My Pillow Guy.

First Amendment champion offended by free speech.

What a pathetic whiner.

“The big thing that musk can do is tie up the company and its sponsors in court. the company may be able to take the court expenses. but the individuals will have a hard time doing so. no need to win. just make things incredibly expensive for everyone involved with media matters.

musk can play that game.”

So a nuisance lawsuit? Yeah, not much punch to that. And which company or company do you propose he sue?

“He sounds like the drama queen Hoft brothers.”

The dude is a blowhard with the biggest megaphone in town.

I don’t use Twitter or X, but thanks to Musk’s big mouth I made over $20,000 on his idiotic takeover misadventure. When the stupidity of his TWTR bid set in, he tried reneging through the courts.

A hedge fund named Muddy Waters, most known for shorting stocks rather than buying them, took a look at the contract and decided that Musk’s grounds for withdrawing the offer were bogus, and subsequently went LONG the stock in the mid-$30s.I piggybacked and got a nice $54.20 payday when he was forced to pay up.

You have to admit, if you read the article, that what Media Matters did to smear “X” was truly despicable. They are trying to destroy the company now that it is less likely to censor conservatives.
Media Matters is, IMHO, a sub rosa arm of the Democrat Party - just as the “MSM” is. And like all (essentially) “fact checkers” are.

Musk thinks he can prove that MM is guilty of "torturous interference,” I believe the legal term is, with the ability of “X” to conduct legitmate business. His claim, I believe, is that what MM styles “research” is nothing but a system for making false (or at least, grossly unrepresentative) claims against “X” in an effort to damage the ability of “X” to continue to earn advertising revenue.
