The big thing that musk can do is tie up the company and its sponsors in court. the company may be able to take the court expenses. but the individuals will have a hard time doing so. no need to win. just make things incredibly expensive for everyone involved with media matters.
musk can play that game.
He sounds like the drama queen Hoft brothers.

Current SpaceX Market Cap if taken private (estimated): $150B
The Dojo Computer will probably triple all of that.
Musk personal net worth as of oh a bit ago (Forbes): $241B
The scrufty gang of sleazeballs at MM just pissed off the sleeping giant.
Musk can arrange for their names and addresses to be doxed (like the left does) and make their lives get really interesting.
You have to admit, if you read the article, that what Media Matters did to smear “X” was truly despicable. They are trying to destroy the company now that it is less likely to censor conservatives.

An honest answer here: did you read the article in its entirety? There was one Nazi ad placed next to one other ad that was viewed by one person. That is the basis of complaints against X. I hope he whines like Aunt Lucy with her t*t in a wringer.

I wonder what kind of Nazi searches they had to do to prime the algorithms to return those ads? Did they search on "kill the Jews?" How about "Hitler was right"?
I can't imagine any other organization's HR department that would sanction a search like that on company equipment. Most business would immediately fire the person who made a search like that on company equipment on company time.
