She also scrubbed her Youtube channel - with tech help, it looks like.

When I try to load the cached version of her Youtube channel with various search engines , I can just see a listing of about 4-5 videos before it forces me away from the cached version to her normal Youtube page.

In a sane world, Engomoron would be recused Disbarred, Charged and Arrested for being an imposter judge, Tried, Convicted and Sentenced.

Remember, this is in a NY state court not a federal court. The appeals court is likely of the same mindset as this judge and the state’s Supreme Court is likely
loaded with leftists itching to destroy Trump.

When the entire legal system is corrupt, lawless and politicized there is no justice. Look at fate of the the January 6 defendants. The system will not save them.

Trump may appeal but when courts have no sense of justice, he is looking at the destruction of his business empire.

My biggest concern with the judge's pre-trial ruling is his statement that the financial disclaimer does not protect President Trump.

When the judge declares the disclaimer to be invalid in his 35-page ruling, unless the judge is declaring the disclaimer as immediately null and void in all real estate contracts citywide, isn't his ruling nothing more than a judicial equivalent of an illegal bill of attainder against President Trump? Such disclaimers are either no longer valid for anyone who has a contract containing one, or the disclaimer must be allowed for President Trump's contracts, too.

I'd think that unless the NY state appeals court is ready to demand a cease and desist order to ALL banks in New York City to remove the disclaimer clauses from all of their contracts, they might want to declare a mistrial here and put this case behind them.
