I don't have the space or the time here to elaborate, but it came to my attention a while back that the Book of Esther is a footnote* in history, which is the History of the World. The whole Megillah.

There's even a peculiar little star in the middle of the scroll of the Messiah, on the side that has the pegs for the G and D strings (G-D, supposedly nowhere in the Megillah.)
