No, not raw.
I bake them, let cool/place in fridge, then vacuum seal each one, individually.....to freeze.
This way, hubby can grab one, if I’m not home, and reheat, easily.

I've never had a vacuum for freezing Jane. Are they expensive and do you use yours often? I tend to buy things for the kitchen and rarely use them.

I just have a pretty basic Food Saver model.....I can also use it to seal mason jars (with beans/rice, etc) ....

I bought it after my 20 year old model finally quit working. :-)
Yes....I use it very often.
This is what fills our freezer, with meats (beef, chicken) and many veggies.
Keeps them good MUCH longer than store packaging would....beef, at least two years....chicken...over a year.....veggies even longer....so far.
We like grass fed beef, so, when its on sale, I stock up (roasts, steaks, ground beef, etc.)

I just love the details on these houses. There's a few older houses around here, sometimes people will redo them in the old style, and they are so pretty. But it's got a cost a fortune! I don't even know where they get some of the intricate woodwork.
as soon as Rusty's feeling better, after the surgery, we can start talking about our trip. Maybe Judy can join us. Anybody else?
