That’s a GREAT pantry shelving idea!
All they need is just a slight slant, and, voila!, your storage system is done.
If I ever get to custom build another pantry....I’m stealing that.
Hope the packing is going as good as it can be.
I don’t even like cleaning out drawers and cabinets....not to mention having to pack that stuff.
How much time do you have before demo day?

The demo crew is coming in the morning.
We lucked out as they are going to tape off my sink and cabinet, the cabinets above the W/D and the pantry.
Wasn’t as big of a job as I thought it would be.
