Morning, exit!
A very cold Monday morning here, freezing.
And just what we needed, another water leak.
This time it’s in the main bathroom, the only bathroom we have.
Was up late getting everything out of the cabinet, throwing away water damaged and boxing up rest.
Just what we needed to keep our life on the exciting side!

I told hubby they are not touching that bathroom except to fix the leak until other bath is finished.
Hoping we caught this leak early enough that it will all dry out and not have to be demo’ed.

Endless wars benefit very few and they result in untold and unimaginable consequences.

We will have to get a plumber out here ASAP but as usual, the contractor is waiting to hear back from insurance claims adjustor.
Hubby can’t wait to file a NEW claim since they are canceling us.
Need to get our money’s worth.😁
