Conditioning the sheeple to believe the world is warming up because of cars, cows, and power plants, so they can tax us for climate, cut back on agriculture and kill us off......except them, they are always exempt.

Here in Memphis too. But every day they tell you you’re gonna die. Coolest summer in 20 years.

“it is localized to Seattle.”
Hardly. Over here in North Idaho, we have three days of 100 coming up bookended with days in the high 90s. We have a 2,400 acre forest fire 8 miles from us and the high temps, winds shifting from the east, and no rain in sight is bad news.
The heat is all over the West.

Everett is forecast for a high of 82 today. Not exactly Death Valley. It's going to be in the 100s for the next few days in Spokane. Which it typical for this time of year. Plenty of lakes and rivers to cool off in or just hunker down with the AC.

I’ve lived here for 76 years and we have almost always had some summer days in the 90’s.Me too, but this time it's climate change. 🙄

Back in 1996 had a job interview at a company in seattle. It was a spectacular day without a cloud in the sky. I got the job and started two days later. I was there for a month before I saw my first cloud. I realized at that point that we do have really nice weather in Seattle and also explains why people in Seattle have to water the lawns but those of us in Kentucky don’t. Which is where I now live by the way.

Thanks for that article. I didn’t read it until just now.
Pres. Burden will make everything a larger burden than it already is. Thanks, Joe!

Sounds like a lovely summer day. Sunny, hot, with little humidity. Find some shade and a fan, and you’ll be fine. Don’t forget to drink your water, though. Chapped lips aren’t much fun.

I was in Seattle visiting a few weeks ago, temp in the mid 70's by the thermometer, and not a cloud in the sky.
Great weather, almost like a spring day, for two weeks.
But what do I know, I'm from Florida with real temps in the 90's with 100% humidity.
Cry me a river.
To: zeestephen
I was there in 2009 when it reached 103. Not really that long ago, but if that happened today the climate pearl clutching would be off the charts.

Sigh. I guess I should water the lawn. Give the voles and moles a little relief.
