The thin veneer that is civil society is gone. Laws are now just weapons and used by democrats to hurt us and protect their soldiers.

I taught economics at a well-known university in Omaha, NB. I did a study of the price of a “basket of goods” at a chain with both downtown and suburban stores. The downtown store prices were 17% higher. I followed up with a survey with store managers to explain the difference: theft. And this was in the early 1970’s. I wonder what it’s like now.

It will come to that. I notice they seem to behave like this in states unfriendly to private gun ownership.

More likely, they know if they get caught, they get to see family on a day other than visiting day.
They'll be "confined" to home, the street corner and a couple of local party establishments.
Specifically, Democrat/Communists truly believe their "good intentions" in not arresting, prosecuting and punishing people who commit crimes, especially those in the Democrat/Communist Party's "preferred groups" (or "favored tribes" if you prefer), will override the reality that unprincipled people -- and there are tens upon tens of millions in America -- will take every opportunity to steal from or physically harm innocent people when they know they will not be held accountable for doing so.
It's human nature at its worst ... and we're seeing it played out especially in Democrat/Communist Party-run cities (not so much in small towns, as Jason Aldean so accurately reported).

I have to laugh at how woke-pussified our country has become.
Brazen robberies didn’t happen much in the various “2nd/3rd” world countries I spent many, many years living in during a previous life.
If they did, the outcome was severe and final on premises.
Armed guards were the norm and they didn’t hesitate to shoot.

Yep, that particular grocery chain is fairly upscale.....I took a peek at the price of steak......it was stupid expensive.....partly because of scumbags like that guy that stole the food.
If Obama had a son, or two, or NINE..........
