But think of the rhetoric of this. Putting aside the massive sums, pre-war, paid to the princelings of Biden, Pelosi, Kerry and friends of Romney from a very poor nation as measured by per capita income, the notion that a nation is comprised of "entirely innocent people" is a laugh and a half.
It is like saying the US is comprised of "entirely innocent people," when in fact the various flavors of FR conservatives who disagree from time to time will NOT disagree that the Bidens and current Democrat leadership are anything but 'innocent." Crooks, we are most sure. Applying this simple truth to other nations, there is no "entirely innocent people" and especially not entirely innocent politicians. Governments are so often THE problem, and it is governments that go to war.
Joe Biden has taken a step to escalate and provoke WWIII, by committing a War Crime to supply cluster munitions to Ukraine.
Why would not such action be interpreted as an Act of War by the Russians?
It appears to be a decision of desperation by a failing administration.

Many nations have decided they won’t use cluster bombs but the United States, Isreal, Ukraine, Russia, and others are not among them.

Yes and Ukraine has been using cluster munitions they inherited from the USSR and the ones they got from France, and now they have run out.
Right, as I have posted a number of times, Russia has been using cluster bombs since the beginning of its attack and in huge numbers and committing war crimes with them, and even Ukraine has used cluster bombs.

It’s not a matter of who cancels a plan to curtail the use of cluster bombs it’s a matter of who issues them when over a 100 countries out lawed them period.
