Keep in mind these are not undergrads.
These young people already completed four years of college to get into law school.
Plus you have to be reasonably intelligent to get into law school.

Although, based on Affirmative Action we know that they make exceptions for certain pigmented people.
Which is why people like Michelle Obama could not pass the Illinois Bar Exam

Isn’t that the school where the President of the Univ. spent half a million dollars to keep an UNQUALIFIED minority, female out of a 30K a year job?

That cased dragged on and he finally won.

They might learn the law, but I’ll bet they don’t have a single class session on the Constitution.

Supreme Court decisions

A thoroughly disgusting & sad statement on today's collegiate snowflake scholars.

Lenin, Stalin, Mao, and Castro would have had these whiny leftists shot or sent to the Gulag. Whatever you think of the old school Communists, they were definitely not snowflakes.

Damn. I thought for sure this was the Babylon Bee. The line between reality and satire has become very, very thin. It’s almost gone.

One of my favorite all time movies is still “...and justice for all...”. The movie about judges and lawyers starring Al Pacino. A very accurate movie that is about as close as it comes to the justice system in this country.

I know that went the 1st amendment route, but I would think small business owners ought to have the same level of religious protection as Muslim cashiers who can’t be forced to handle alcohol in the checkout line.

More. The supermarket is a public accommodation. A bakery might be, but only for generic productions. This is something which hasn't been argued out. A baker should have to bake a generic cake, but shouldn't have to bake and decorate a cake to the buyer's taste which the baker finds obscene.

And, a photographer should be able to accept or decline commissions for any event (s)he finds distasteful.
