EVER poll is shows DeSantis losing ground and about 40% behind.
I know it’s an attempt by everyone to trash DeSantis, and say that he is in energetic but that is patently false. Anybody that takes a moment to attend or to watch, will realize that if they’re being honest. And today, seeing it live, he definitely has the crowd excited.

Christie will carve up DeSantis and take the establishment vote for himself.

Yes it is. And from what I saw today, in the interaction I saw with the crowd, I think I understand why Trump has been so desperate to keep DeSantis out. Right now, Trump will suck up all of the attention, but that drama will wear thin over the coming months, we have a long time until the first primaries and caucuses, even longer until the convention and the election.

You know, the polls don’t really matter this early. We’ve got over a year for Trump to continue self-destructing, all DeSantis has to do is hang on for the moment.

Yep. And those early primaries and caucuses are huge. People forget that Trump rarely won more than 40% in 2016 primaries. Too many contestants split the pot. Trump won pluralities.
