I have a problem with that too.
‘He said “our democracy” several times.
Never said “our Republic”’
If someone were to bring that to his attention, I think he would rectify it.
We have neither a Republic nor a Democracy.
I think it was in this Tucker Carlson episode that he shows Trump bringing up the “No WMDs found in Iraq” issue. Jeb looked befuddled.
Democrats made hay on that topic for months. I defended Bush and America, but George W. never did. Odd.
The most amazing thing to me is that gentleman George, who always remained above the fray and never responded to attacks from Obama and other Democrats, later took off the gloves to attack Trump. The same can be said of Romney and Ryan.
Trump gave us high employment, low inflation, a world at peace, and progress (despite much resistance) on the border. McConnell and other Republicans still prefer the likes of Biden and Hillary.

I believe our votes are nullified in many ways.
I just had the thought, that he said “politicians”. Trump is not a politician. I wish he would have made it clear that Trump is different. I think he believes this, but not making it clear, was the only thing that bothered me too,
