And I will not vote for DeSanctimonius. If Trump isn’t the nominee, I’ll go fishing. There is no point in sending someone McConnell and Fox and Graham approve of.

And I will not send Trump back because I think he can turn the country around. I am sending him back because DC hates him and he can gum up the works for 4 more years and give me more breathing room to prep for America’s authoritarian centrally planned future.

Trump or bust. I have no interest in a return to Bush.

“It was all part of a plan to box him in.”

And Trump fell for it and succumbed to it. But, he’s promising to do it all differently now....lol, right.

That’s a Swampesque pov..

To drain the Swamp and Obliterate the Deep State, get rid of their biggest public enemy number one with a NEW Mandate since 2021 forward...

Obliterating the Deep State wasn’t a mandate in 2016.

Now, it’s a campaign promise from the Deep State’s Public enemy number one.

And MAGA voters would hold Trump’s feet to the fire till it’s finished..

Or he will become Bushlike,Cheneylike,McCainlike,Romneylike in the eyes of millions..

A fate for Trump, that would probably be worse than death...

Donald and Ron are both better than any D.

Stop simping for the Left by pitting one against the other.

He didn’t fall for it. It was a coup conducted by the GOPe and the CIA/DOJ/DOD swamp.

Due to their treason, his orders were not followed and they constantly worked to cut him off at the knees. But despite their treachery, he go a hell of a lot done. Now I want to inflict him on DC and the republican establishment once again.

But you probably like the traitors and support DC and the DOD and intel community.

"Drain the Swamp" ring a bell? How about "Lock Her Up"?

These are serious questions. What did Trump do for either of these 2016 promises?

Trump's lies about Cuomo being better than DeSantis on Covid is DISQUALIFYING

Great tagline. It shows how far off the mark Trump truly is these days.

I want a conservative that can win. Trump can’t and won’t win. Those boring rallies attacking people are just more of the culture of losing. He has no chance to expand from his base.

If we can elect Trump again in 2024 is it a given that large enough congressional Republican majorities will also accompany him?
If not is it reasonable to expect ANY swamp-draining to occur?
Not looking to spout negativism but I would surmise that both or needed or nothing much different will happen.
I don’t yet have confidence that DeSantis, if elected instead of Trump, would accomplish much in that way either.

“Trump cannot fix this problem because he didn’t when he had the chance...”

Exactly. That is pure swamp. Reminds me of when they criticize him for not finishing the wall. He fought for it hard. The GOP would give him a pittance here and there and utterly refused to fund it. He used emergency powers to use discretionary defense funding to build it. That was immediately attacked in court. He supported private efforts to fund it. That was prosecuted. He did everything except get out there with a crane and hammer himself.

And then after fighting him tooth and nail on the wall, the GOP turns around and says “he didn’t follow through and build the wall.

That’s the idiot mentality we are up against.

“Signed the $2.3 trillion Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, providing unprecedented and immediate relief to American families, workers, and businesses.

Signed additional legislation providing nearly $900 billion in support for coronavirus emergency response and relief, including critically needed funds to continue the Paycheck Protection Program.

Signed the Paycheck Protection Program and Healthcare Enhancement Act, adding an additional $310 billion to replenish the program.

Delivered approximately 160 million relief payments to hardworking Americans.

Through the Paycheck Protection Program, approved over $525 billion in forgivable loans to more than 5.2 million small businesses, supporting more than 51 million American jobs. “

Pork. Call it what is was. There were even multiple FReepers -demanding- their free cash.

I will not vote for DeSanctimonius. If Trump isn’t the nominee, I’ll go fishing.

That's fine. But DeSantis is bringing back the social conservatives who Trump has alienated, and those who want to actually beat the Democrats, not pout because their guy didn't win the primary.

And I will not send Trump back because I think he can turn the country around. I am sending him back because DC hates him

Trump is not going back to DC, not to take office at least. He's lost voters since 2020 and has too many other forces aligned against him. He is a martyr at best, but that can serve that role without having to lose an election, again.

I doubt we can send him a majority enough that the GOP will support him. Without that, no, he cannot drain the swamp. We also cannot drain he swamp with someone the swamp pushes forward as a Trump alternative.

The best use for Trump going back is to buy us some breathing room to better your personal situation for the dark future ahead for America that is almost guaranteed. And of course, as revenge for 2020.

One man can do very little.

Better yet, just vote democrat.

I'm not the one threatening to stay home, or vote third party, if my guy doesn't win the primary. Those are all Trump supporters.

I have NEVER heard Ron use the term Deep State.

I don’t think his handlers will let him use it.
