“For the most pervasive reasons we have refused citizenship to Chinese subjects; and yet as to their offspring, who are just as obnoxious, and to whom the same reasons for exclusion apply with equal force, we are told that we must accept them as fellow-citizens, and that to because of the mere accident of birth. There certainly should be some honor and dignity in American that would be sacred from a foul and corrupting taint of a debasing alienage. Are Chinese children born in this country to share with the descendants of the patriots of the American Revolution the exalted qualification of being eligible to the Presidency of the nation, conferred by the Constitution in recognition of the importance and dignity of citizenship by birth?”

I think I had one more comment to make in our previous conversation but got side tracked and never made it back.
It is therefore *NOT* a statement against interest, and so a Liberal woman has no reason not to lie to protect her darling.

It is what they put forth as an "official" document, but that does not in fact make it actual "truth."
I happen to know that states routinely put forth fake documents in efforts to pass them off as real. I have a fake birth certificate and my real one is sealed, but still resident in the state's records.
I was adopted, and the document they created is fake, as in it does not accurately reflect the truth.
It lists my adoptive father as my real father, and lists his address as my residence. All of it is wrong, incorrect and misleading.
So don't start with me about a state says so therefore it must be true. No, states lie all the time in their official birth documents.
Plus many experts have demonstrated that the document is a cobbled together forgery.
My recollection is that their entire argument hinges on the 14th amendment. Anyone who relies on the 14th amendment for citizenship cannot be a natural born citizen. Those existed prior to the 14th and have no use for it.
I am perfectly willing to take it up where we left off. I felt like I was making some progress with you.
