In the last two days, I’ve managed to pack six small boxes, and empty most of one kitchen cupboard.
I will have to check out the boxes I have to see what other sizes I will need.
The book boxes came yesterday, so I’ll start on the books tomorrow. I bought 20 of them so we’ll see if there are any left over after the books and the desk and filing cabinet.
Moving is such fun when one feels up to the task!! ;o]
I’ve been putting tea tree oil on the wound, and it seems it’s helping enormously. What little swelling there was has gone down since this morning, so I’m happy about that. I can see the little fang marks now. *shudder*
I ought to take a photo and send it to my FD who seems to think the bite was by something else — a rabid roach, maybe. The thing itches constantly, so I know the toxins are still active.
That's what I tell myself all morning. And then the afternoon hits.
Exactly why I do all the packing in the morning, because I can’t seem to move in the afternoon.
Good effort. Roaches, eeeeew.
I will finish the one cupboard tomorrow, and then start on the books. That’s what I have the most of. I’ll check the sizes of the boxes I have and then order more and another roll of tape.
If I can just get a couple of boxes a day packed I’ll be OK. I may ask for help from Pam, but we’ll see how I feel in the coming days.
And yes I’m up in the night.

I need to remember to schedule the car for its inspection and an oil change today. I’ve been meaning to do that all week, but owrk takes so much time.
Ah, well. It pays the bills.

Oh, I know. I won’t ever intentionally fail on a 3 so I can get to my 200th 4 because what if I’m wrong about the correct word, right?
It’s just interesting that ever since I’ve been watching for that 200th four I’ve either gotten below or above it.
I’m sure if you concentrated on your fives or threes, the 200th four will pop up when you least expect it.
How’s the Princess Dog doing? Do you have shoes for her in this hot weather?
You’ve mentioned the groomer several times, and it made me wonder hoe fast her hair growth is. And do you give her the classic poodle trim? If so, I bet she’s elegant!

She’s fine. We don’t have “Pawtectors” for her. She walks in the grass beside the sidewalk if it’s that hot.
She has mostly what they call a puppy cut. I think her pom on top of her head is a little longer than the typical puppy cut.
