We survived the trip back. It was a long drive after a few tiring days, but everyone’s home and no worse for wear. We’ll hear how young ArGee’s first post-op checkup went later today. Hopefully all is going well.

Another week just rushing by with blazing speed... the air has been a bit heavy out there the past few days... the kind where the humidity stays high as the temps go up... thankfully I have some inside stuff to keep me occupied...

The swelling on my thumb has gone almost completely away this morning, so I guess I’m out of the woods. My going away present from AR, saying, “Don’t come back.”

I haven’t heard if there is going to be a get-together tomorrow for Father’s Day, but it would be just like PW to deny us both one last family do. She’s mad at the world so why not punish those closest.
