I hope you had a successful trip to church. We came home to find Tom here doing his laundry. I went to bed.
I would have taken a nap, as well!
Another one who doesn’t know how to interact with pay-as-you-go washers and dryers.
It was a nice service today, but the back spasms assaulted me about half the way to the chapel.
PW and FS weren’t too late this morning, but it was OK. I saved them a seat, as usual. She was actually pleasant towards me! Bonus!
I rode home with them, but they had the truck, so it was interesting. FS expected me to sit in the middle, but PW would have none of that! Anyway, we made it safely, so all is well.
I’m tired (stressed) as my ride was here about 10 minutes early, and I woke up before 0400 when the alarm was set. Probably around 0330. I think.
So I’ll be heading down the hall. I was glad to get home.
I may check back later. It seems I do that before I actually fall asleep, which seems to help. Somewhat. Anyway, I’m gone!

Mine was better than expected, but I think that’s due to the increase in Gabapentin. I think it’s double the dosage. They may keep me on it, as it can only help. It’s been over 10 years since I was first seen at the pain center.
Now, though, it’s off to sort clothes and then head for the laundry room.
But not until this!

I don’t recall what I was dreaming, but it’s probably just as well.
I’m about ready to go take a nap, but I don’t think it will be for long. I’m tired, but a little on the “iffy” side, for what that’s worth.

The laundry room was freezing this morning. But the decorations are up for the 4th of July, so it’s all good. I don’t really care for the person who does the decorating, but she does a good job at it and has an artistic eye, so...
I finally had to change the ink cartridges this morning. I’ll need to buy some more next payday. I don’t need it now, but I want to have some on hand, just in case. There are a lot of names that have been added to the family genealogy, and I need to print them up and get them sent to my Real Brother and my nephew.
What fun! Not. I got a notice yesterday about a document that was available for viewing for one grandfather, but search as I might, I couldn’t find it. All it showed was a bunch of family data that I already had. Seems the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing.
So. Nap time!

I found this one to be a real toughie, and lucked into it making wild guesses with the letters that I had... I had to look it up after ‘solving!’

We made it through the weekend. The memorial lunch went well. The Princess did well with her nanny. And when we went to try to find my wife’s grandfather’s grave so her cousin could leave a token there, we succeeded. So it was a long but successful day.
Now off to owrk. but not before today’s Wordle.

I disturb things I’d rather not see when I do any cleaning, and the only thing I’m concerned with is whether I’ve laid down enough diatomaceous earth to keep the neighbor’s roaches and the brown recluse spiders that seem to be endemic to this area on the dead side of the building.
FS came and took the donations to Goodwill. He’s taking the week off to get things done around the house, so maybe I’ll see him again before the weekend. Now I have to sweep the kitchenette floor. (It’s not a kitchen. It’s a wannabe kitchen, so it’s a kitchenette.) *uunngh*
The clothes have been hung up to dry, and I’ve had a nap that was disturbed, but when I get the floor swept, there is filing to tend to and then I think I’ll call it a day. (How does the filing always seem to get ahead of me?)
