I finally had to turn the thermostat up a degree. I have been so cold lately, and I just stepped outside to get the mail and realized how warm it was, without too much humidity — probably only 50%.

I have to get up early in the morning because of the appointment at the pain clinic, so I’ll call this a day. For now, anyway.

What a strange little face!

Good morning. Did you have a good night?

I’m waiting for the bathroom to heat up so I can take my shower. I didn’t want to get up so early but FS will be here by 0715 for my appointment. It will take an hour for the bathroom to be warm enough for me to be in there, so here I sit. At least for another 30 minutes.

It sure feels like Tuesday. Monday holidays are hard on my inner clock.

F-I-L is not dealing well with his brother’s death. I don’t know if this is in any literature, but the dementia seems much worse when he’s upset. The biggest thing on his mind now is how nobody called him. Since he doesn’t remember that they actually did but he couldn’t understand, telling him that has become misinformation.

I hope my body doesn’t outlive my brain.

I have no idea whether Wordle is any indication or not.

I’m so sorry about your F-i-L’s problems. Having had a brother with Lewy Body Dementia, I can empathize. It isn’t easy to care for them or to be around them for any length of time. Hang in there, you and Mrs. ArGee, as well.

All I can do is pray for you all.
