I don’t think it matters if one meal is low in nutrients. One can have a meal low in nutrients, and have another meal where one eat more nutrients than one needs.

I agree with you. I feel I was lucky being born in 1947. Things were so much more simple then, and people knew their neighbors. We knew everyone on our street. Today, I barely know all the people who live in my small apartment building, and I've been here for 22 years.
Yes. And In can’t believe my family who never left our small town still live that way. So rare today!
I'm sure they cherish the lifestyle they have, and I hope they get to keep it. In this day and age it's hard to stay clear of the craziness going on around you. It used to be, if you wanted trouble, you had to go looking for it. Today, you don't have to do anything, and trouble finds you.
