A chance for CNN….they want a news format….would be interesting to see how many people would tune in….he can spend a month fly fishing..
(I know I’m inviting the wrath of the gods) Add Megyn Kelly to the upstart program list. She spent her entire Spotify program defending Tucker today.
I agree. We watched FOX often. But no more. Somebody joked that Tucker will go on CNN and Lemon (who was fired) will go on FOX. After all, FOX did hire Donna Brazile when CNN found her cheating.

How is this going to kill fox? LOL cnn is still around after 20+ years of not making a dime.
His followers would go to Newsmax….plus you can get people who have dumped their cable……
Glenn invited Tucker to join TheBlaze.
Also, he wanted to rebut the 60 Minutes Epps story.
I’m not sure that Rogan earns more. Probably not, but he’s reaching significantly more ears. Pretty much every guy I know within ten years of my age either direction (44) listens to Rogan at least a little. I don’t know anyone in my age demo who watches cable news. I haven’t for at least a decade. We’re all podcasts, vid shorts like YouTube, etc and online news aggregators. I’m excited to see where Tucker lands without the constraints of Newscorp.
But Trump wanted it done. He endorsed her opponent — the most RINO of the three.
(So Hannity did the job for him.)
Thee is no creativity on cable now, all predicable and repetitive.
Depends — does he have a non-compete clause, and if so, how long is it?
He was a local radio host when Fox fired him. He and Alan Colmes had a show together that was actually pretty good. When Colmes left, they didn’t replace him.
Hannity had the luxury of following Rush on Rush’s flagship station. So he got to fill in for Rush on occasion, and someone decided he could make money in national syndication. Really, all he did was regurgitate Rush’s themes, but not as well.
Then he would take the most “interesting” things form his radio program and replicate them on TV.
It sopped working years ago.
Talk radio isn’t quite dead, but Rush’s death pushed it a lot closer.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Jesse ultimately winds up with the 8 PM slot, with some new show (likely anchored by a Fox babe) at 7 PM.
Remember, Tucker had the 7 PM timeslot until O’Reilly was fired, so they moved him to 8 PM.
Which would be ironic, really, since Jesse started as a street reporter for O’Reilly.
(BTW, name two current Fox shows (and one former one) that draw their titles from onetime segments on the O’Reilly Factor.)
The one I responded to mentioned getting rid of Hannity.
Both of those weakened it, however.
HOPE HES RIGHT.
Watters has a nicer smile.
