Well I have kittens to play with so I’m doing good. They just passed 6 weeks old. So they should get spayed in another month. Then hopefully I get to keep them a month after that, and then I have to give them up. So I’ll just enjoy today.
I couldn’t sleep last night so I was thinking, if the evil powers in charge wanted more money, destroying the economy and depopulating the Earth would do the opposite. They would get more with a healthy economy. And depopulating the world gives them less money and less power, at least less power over less people.
But it’s not about logic! I keep forgetting that. I saw this comment on this video

Thanks exit! Hey the other day when we went walking in the forest, I used my little GPS app to tell me how far we went. Only a mile and a half! But half is uphill and half is downhill so maybe that counts for more? But nowhere near five or six miles. I’m impressed you do that everyday. Remember the PLAN is to “Build Back Better” and if that means burning it all to the ground to rebuild the way they want things to be that is perfectly fine with the left.

I keep forgetting that.
All the math classes I’ve taken, engineering classes, then doing software for decades, it’s all about logic. And now I see why in Geometry they aren’t even teaching proofs anymore. That was the last place children learned logical thinking.
On the same trail are walkers, joggers, and bikers.
I don’t listen to anything, becasue I have to hear if a biker is coming up on my left, and the “rules” say they are to announce their imminent passing of you by saying “On the left!”. My hearing has diminished over the years, so I need to be conscious of my surroundings.
The trail is quite lovely, so I just admire the scenery. And talk to the Lord or myself along the way.
Most folks are good about following the rules. So I say “Thank you” and wave as they pass me by. It is the ones are do not announce themselves that are a real problem. I walk on the extreme right of the trail, but if I turn suddenly or go on an angle I could be in trouble.
The folks on the trail are real friendly, so it is usually a pleasant experience.

We have a Tweetsie Trail here that is similar, they took unused railroad tracks from the former Tweetsie Railroad, and converted it to a walking trail. Lots of activity there!
I would go there more often if I didn’t have Forest Trails directly from the house. Can you access your Trail right from your house? I think I remember your saying something about that.
What you said about talking with the Lord, that’s exactly why I head into the forest. Once I’m in there, surrounded by his beautiful creations, I can’t help but be grateful. It’s a time when all the worries of the world fall away.
