Ha! You may not want to know.
Grass fed/grass finished ground beef, bison that includes a percent of organ meat (heart/liver). Nourishment similar to what our ancestors ate (red meat wise).
Now, I’m curious about the sourced herds :-(
Sickening that we’re even having to worry about this.

I just explained to my grandmother that the new spokesperson for Olay, Nike Women and Bud Light is a man with a penis who is dressing up as a woman.
Her answer: “Ada, I’m old but I’m not stupid. No brand would do that unless they want to go out of business.”

Easter was quiet but very good.
