You might look into cupping for your back also. It helps me with “computer triangle” between my shoulder blades. I also use a Triggerpoint ball in between sessions. I just roll my back on it against the wall. Great release for hips and glutes after sitting for hours at a computer.
Imo, your idea of crushing any mention of visibility implies that unity never seen is effective, and says just about as much about you as you think it does about me because I simply disagree.

You never actually say what you mean, so I’m surprised to get any sort of hint. You said, “dangerously outnumbered.” So that’s it? More MAGA per square inch? Okay. Did you go? Did you organize people to go? ‘Cause you said ‘we’ are going to rue the day and it sounds like you have very specific information about what ‘we’ should have done differently.
There was no ‘danger’ to MAGA that I saw. It was a booking - and no number of MAGA would change the stupid plans of the stupid Deep Staters to arraign Trump. So in my book, ‘we’ have nothing to ‘rue’ unless we think ‘we’ should have gone to protest and didn’t. But I think MAGA can relax - it all went off safely.
