Well, if one measures the size of a crowd by the amount of trash it leaves on the ground...
CNN published a yuge, gigapixel panoramic photo of the Trump inauguration crowd that is zoomable to see individual faces. The site won’t download now—it must be crashing because of Michelle’s entirely false comments (I was there).
Here are two searchable titles. Maybe the link will respond late at night:
Gigapixel: The inauguration of Donald Trump

Using gigapixel technology, CNN managed to capture an ultra-high res, interactive, 360° photograph of the presidential inauguration
But it didn't. Trump had enormous numbers, with people being turned away because they tightened security so much that there were very long lines to go through the checkpoints. FReepers reported on here that they had to turn away from the long security line after awhile and instead went down the street to secure a spot for the parade.
Despite the one photo CNN kept broadcasting for hours showing a sparse crowd, it it was a headfake, taken very early in the morning as people first arrived, and shown over and over with no update.
I and friends arrived three hours early with tickets for the Inauguration Ceremony and it was already packed. We had to stand in one of the roped-off Capitol lawn areas on one side because all the prime center area with folding chairs on the lawn (and on the Avenue) was already over capacity.
The crowd was diverse—blacks, whites, Asians, even Catholic priests.
The media-abetted hysteria over "violent" Trump supporters requiring tightened security, the resulting security delays, the headfake photo, the repeated tropes that there weren't many people there—all part of Hillary / Soros / Obama's "resistance" already in place.
One other little-known attendance-thwarting technique: many of Trump's political appointees set to begin work for his administration were not able to attend the ceremony because the Cabinet Secretary or bureaucrat above them required them to report to their place of work to be sworn in at noon—the same time as the Inauguration.
Some of my favorite parts of the ceremony aside from Trump's wonderful speech were when the customary speech by a member of the opposition party, in this case Chuck Schumer, was met with barely suppressed groans, which the broadcasters muffled; the jumbotrons on either side of the balcony also scanned the butthurt facial expressions of the cabal arrayed behind Trump as he spoke (very entertaining); and when Trump concluded with "make America great again", the crowd absolutely roard his catchphrase along with him.
Kinda like when these A Holes got notes at GWB’s funeral.........
A crummy little “district” that thinks it would make a great new state. I don’t think so. If it becomes a state, everything belonging to the U.S. Government needs to be removed and sent to a new, neutral location. States should not be supported with money from U.S. taxpayers. They should be supported by state taxpayers. There ain’t none of them in the District of Corruption. If they need money, they can talk their comrades at Disney to building another theme park there. It’s almost as big as Disneyland and already is loaded with sideshow freaks.
Great reply... I remember you attending. Thanks for posting Albion.
I will never forget watching the ultra high-definition photo of the President Trump Inauguration crowd produced by CNN. For those who didn’t manage to see it (for one reason or another) here is an interactive view here:

By the way, the CNN version has been taken down. I think this is the same version. Check out Biden’s scowl by zooming in. Check our Mooches’ smirk. Also G.W. Bush . . .
This version can be rotated by clicking on the photo and rolling your mouse in the direction you want to go (up, down , left, right). To zoom in or out, use the scroll wheel.
In case your links to the gigapixel photos in post #43 do not work, go to my post #49. This one works.
Blessings to you, GOPJ.
Looks like they’re suppressing your version, as well. Nothing but a black screen for me, with the Senate logo blacked over. Can’t let facts get in the way of Moochelle’s narrative.
I checked my link and it went briefly to a black screen before the full view came up. Try my link again:

Thank you, jonrick. Good to know they are not suppressing it. Must be my browser.
Good post! Thanks for the ping.
I was there. Extremist Progressive Marxists are Liars. Trump had a huge mob of supporters.
