The Capitol Police needs to be disbanded - as a police force. It is morphing into a federal police force, which is 100% unconstitutional! Executive power rests with the executive branch. I'm sorely afraid that if the objective was to clean up DC the number of entities that didn't need work would be almost insignificant.

Only things I'd go near DC for are Arlington, The Wall and the Air and Space Museum. Everything else has become a case of going back to war.
