I went from a white rural area to an inner-city to go to college.

First time I had ever seen a "diaper tree". What's a diaper tree you ask?

It's a tree outside of an apartment building. When the residents change diapers they open their windows and throw the soiled diapers out and they hang up on the tree.

Having the only well kept property can not last very long as the neighborhood will force the renegade property to conform to the rest of the community.

Most things in this world work on a normal curve—so there are exceptional black people—who btw are accused by their peers of “acting white”.

But—in a group neighborhood setting the odds are very strong that there will be severe dysfunction of the kind described in this thread.

Imho there are both genetic and environmental (cultural) factors—but it is a banned discussion topic in universities so it is very difficult to tease out the details with solid data and analysis.

Describing the real world is not “hate”—in fact truth-telling of bad news is tough love.
