RIP to one of rock's greatest guitarists.

I saw him at the Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley way back in ‘78 . That is a wonderful venue .Not too big, great sound, wonderful view .

There was a series of concerts, “Guitar Greats”. I saw Beck, Al Di Meola and Santana that summer.

One of my favorite TV performances ever - Beck & Clarkson from AI 12 years ago or so.

Up To The Mountain

It's a good example of how well he improvised with the singers he accompanied.

Of the guitar masters of his era (Page, Clapton, Beck), I consider Jeff as the most brilliant.

He never stopped creating, was so innovative and with a unique playing style. He went far beyond rock.

Jimmy Page played bass and Beck played lead for at least one tour with the Yardbirds.
