“Each player has a console. Nobody physically touches anybody. All moves are legal. John Madden Football, live.”

Ok, but to make it interesting, every time the other team scores, your whole team gets an electric shock for as many seconds as the points the other team scored.

This is a pretty typical litigation type expert opinion that sheds doubt that a result is proximately caused by a condition that may be disputed. The biomechanics make sense, but the proponent here is not a bioengineer.

Part of this is a "net opinion" that I don't think a Court would all a jury to see because it is not adequately supported by facts:

Hamlin arrested twice as an indicator that his cardiac arrests were attributable to an ongoing condition such as myocarditis, pericarditis or another similar heart condition that are evidenced to result from COVID-19 vaccination and boosting.

This is rank speculation. The second arrest may be due to conditions that typically follow an arrest followed by restoration of heartbeat and CPR, whether vby an anoxic injury or damage from the CPR itself.

what I am interested in knowing is whether the treatment now includes thrombolysis for a clotting condition. I doubt we will ever know.

Additionally, I doubt we will ever know whether there was pulmonary oxidative stress (Ang-(1–7) disregulation) a much smaller scale and which was a precipitating factor in the arrest. I would like to know if d-dimers were elevated in the first blood sample (Not sure how quickly surum d-dimer would elevate with this type of trauma.

Draw whatever conclusions you will.

Oh, I know. I get good info from some of the gusts on Tom Woods (Catholic Libertarian) and here on FR. Retired football players do tend to drop dead more than some (though usually in 40s and 50s). Don't know if he used drugs, what injuries he's had, etc.

But when 30 something year old comics dies while making pro-vax jokes, that's pretty hard to ignore.

Personally, I take it farther. Let's say the odds of someone like me (late middle aged, overweight, otherwise clean living) dying from COVID are 1 in 5,000, and the shot makes the odds 1 in 20,000, and the odds of dying suddenly like the ex-Jaguar or the comic are 1 in 500,000. I will leave aside for now the weird side-effects short of death suffered by many.

I still wouldn't get the shot. Besides the creepy fetal usage in development and testing, I would MUCH rather die because I was living my life and caught a disease rather than as the result of the experimental drug I chose to put in my body. I do not want to be the proximate cause of my own death.

Go Bulldogs! (lived in Columbus, GA for four years)

Author does not have bioengineering credentials, but yes, interesting analysis.

I refuse to get the clot shot. I told people years ago I wasn’t going to do it until someone could tell me what the side effects would be 5, 10 years into the future.

No one could since the stuff was brand new.

I’ve made the correct decision.

It’s going to happen again and that will be the end of the NFL.

The FEDs being at the hospital tells the tale better than anything else. They know.

“The focus is on keeping the next guy out of the hospital.”

Good luck with that—the plutocrats are still pushing jabs, and they have no intention of stopping the propaganda and censorship of opposing views.

“result of the experimental drug I chose to put in my body”

My issue is this—the same folks who are claiming the vaxx is “safe and effective” are the ones who want to reduce “overpopulation”.

No thanks!

I love when non clinical folks diagnose individuals that they have never laid eyes upon.

One that you know of.

There have been 200 or so cases like this, in all sports. Ever.

It is rare. But not unknown.

You are correct that this is the one we’ve HEARD of.

Where did you read about the 200 cases in all sports?

Need to figure how to add in fans.

And ‘unsportsman like conduct’ or ‘celebrating’

Kind of like Senators passing laws for their constituents that they have never laid eyes (or ears) on.

So then the math indicates this would be even more frequent, yet your calculated/expected casualties not from just NFL nor even all football show that this CC event is much lower and far less likely to occur.

As for me no vax and no more cold nor flu thanks to taking an ounce of prevention since Mar 2020 - just vit C & D and zinc.

Yes the world’s leaders really are as evil as their statements continue to indicate WAKE UP!!!

I, as not a Doctor, would think the window is still 5ms, but that they are happening closer together.

But, maybe not. In the extreme case, a VERY high heart rate would approach 5 ms itself.

So, yeah I argue with myself that the window shortens, some, maybe not linearly.
