In addition to the oils and MSM powder, please look into Pilates classes. I cannot stress enough how helpful that has been for back problems. There are lots of small studios popping up all over the country and the prices have come down quite a bit. I have been a member at Club Pilates for 5 years now, and I also have a membership at a big gym. If it came down to a choice, I would choose Club Pilates over the gym membership. Some of the gyms also offer Pilates for an extra fee, but if you already have a back injury, make sure you try Reformer Pilates, versus Mat Pilates. The Reformer is the name of the apparatus that consists of a sliding bench with spring tension. It will support your back safely while you strengthen all the tiny muscles that affect the spine.
I have had several instructors who came back from grievous back injuries (two with broken spines—one through gymnastics and the other volleyball—and one a former dancer with a spinal fusion) who recovered and went on to become instructors. I convinced a friend to try Pilates—she had all sorts of hardware surgically attached to her spine due to scoliosis and was in incredible pain—now she is a total convert and told me, “I’m in it for life. I will never go without Pilates.”

May or may not be the case, but it sure makes you do your best in everyday life knowing you might have to explain yourself. After a while, you do start making pretty good decisions. Just my $.03. Biblical fact is faith is what justifies. It is also how the sheep and the goats are separated. You have to stand for your actions, but the faithful are judged on the Lord's work by faith and thankfully not our own efforts.

A Christian can rest in the finished work of Christ. He is our hope (not like worldly hope, but certainty) and salvation.

“...how do we unteach the younger folks...”
******************************************************
That’s a pretty hard thing to do. Can’t say “Now, listen here ya young whipper-snipper...Ya gotta un-learn all that garbage!!!”. Sort of like Archie Bunker trying to get ‘Meathead’ to see his point of view or my father trying to get his rebellious son to “Fly right, young man”.
I believe that your last sentence (”Perhaps we can’t just tell them - we have to show them.”) comes from the wrong person. Once “we” give them the right tools...THEY have to show themselves.

I could see this membership growing to the point that if you become an unvaxxed blood donor, your membership would be covered. They are already getting $1000 per pint sold to hospitals for blood from the general population. Imagine how much more valuable unvaxxed blood will eventually become.

Today's schools, and this goes back decades in some cases, teach that the people giving the orders are the most intelligent people around, and are our "leaders"The leaders and people that are normally in charge of corporations and institutions today are of low intelligence compared to leaders of the past. The advances in technology have far outstripped the mental acuity of the woke CEO activist in charge of large multimillion dollar corporations.

The question is, how do we unteach the younger folks what they've been brainwashed to believe? How do we undo that great wrong that is being done to the masses?....Perhaps we can't just tell them - we have to show them. YouTube has many videos of conservative speakers rocking the worlds of "woke" college students. Many have never been exposed to commonsense and truth before.
They need more of it.

Well, I think they’re being “shown” right now.
They buy gas, groceries, pay rent etc....inflation, shortages, “supply chain issues”. They’re old enough to remember the “good old days” of just three years ago.
They probably ARE starting to realize that this “new normal” sucks, and need to be told things can be turned back around....again.

BTW some twitter guy I was reading said that he was having a very hard time, asked for good wishes, seemed health related. I replied with a prayer for him and he was very touched.
I think a prayer account on twitter might be very helpful. I can’t do it, overwhelmed as it is, but just tossing that thought out there.
