The conclusion that I gradually arrived at, is that “they” are demonic, of the devil, and have cooked up an intriguing distraction from The Way.

I don’t think I’ve ever actually said that to anyone before.

Jim Semivan is great. Here is an interview posted yesterday (I believe)...at least I watched it yesterday. Might be Jim's last interview for a while.

I've heard the word used in a lot of ways, some of which I dislike.

I have heard people who merely saw a UFO up close describing themselves as experiencers. That's rather lame IMO.

Most people who call themselves experiencers have been abducted or have been visited by some "being(s)." Some have had what might be called a paranormal experience related to the UFO/UAP phenomenon.

Are these events real or imagined or a mixture of both? That is certainly a valid question, one which many of the "experiencers" themselves ask.

There is also what is called a "hitchhiker effect" where, for example, people who have seen a UFO/UAP have some kind of paranormal experiences follow them home and even plague their families and neighbors.

As an aside, for a long time, people who are "authorities" on this topic wanted to avoid what is referred to as the "woo" (i.e., the paranormal angle of this stuff). Now, many of those same people are declaring that the "woo" is the foundation of the UFO/UAP issue. In fact, UFOs may be nothing more than contrivances presented just to confuse humans.

The bottom line of the entire issue is that no one can seriously say that they have any frikken idea what is going on...just that there is a very real phenomenon appearing to our naval vessels, over our nuclear missile silos, to civilians around the world. And all this is happening with greater and greater frequency.

Good comments and summary, Rooster.

I do have my own “way out there” hypothesis about “the nature of the universe” that I have not seen anywhere.

Hang on to your seat belt:

If the universe/multiverse is “fractal” then it is similar “above and below”.

One of the astounding things that could mean has to do with the nature of information.

When an author writes a book they “create” characters and situations and activities (plot).

What if we are in fact characters in some advanced being’s “book”.

They could choose to give us as much or as little free will as they like.

But—this is the really cool part.

Perhaps the definition of “consciousness” is that conscious entities (which includes “us”) can write their own books—which means that we can in turn create our own universes, our own characters, our own “plots”.

And—if we make them conscious they can do the same—and their characters can do the same.....

That would fit the McKenna definition of “stranger than we can imagine”....

;-)

I like it. Actually, that is quite similar to the Biblical narrative of existence, creation, and reality.

To add to my last comment, what you said appears to fit with what Jesus said about how hating a man is an act of murder or thinking lustful thoughts is an act of adultery.

Thoughts/imagined actions are actually real actions.

She's cute but she's a little girl. For everyone but Biden, could you distract us with an age-appropriate female (or male as the case may be).;-)

Maye Musk might do...

The anecdotal evidence coming in is overwhelmingly in support of that conclusion. See link in post #8 above.

Back to the issue of “legacy” data—you may be interested in this new podcast—interview of Jacque Vallee:

https://podbay.fm/p/that-ufo-podcast/e/1666004400

He talks about the 1945 Trinity incident—remember that included an entire craft picked up and hauled off by the US military—with the archives kept in the old Atomic Energy Commission.

Then he said something I had never heard before about the 1952 DC flyover incident—allegedly the military shot down one of the crafts and retrieved parts.

From other sources, btw—not this podcast—Supposedly there are several hundred folks scattered throughout the Pentagon, the Intelligence Community and private contractors who have clearance to use a “secret museum” with all kinds of legacy artifacts.

This stuff is five, six, seven decades old—so the “National Security” excuse is not going to cut it for Congress.

They are gonna want to see it.

I’m not having any luck pulling up that video on YouTube. I’m still on Explorer 11 and YT doesn’t like it.

Do a search for this title at Youtube and see if it comes up. It is an excellent interview. Well worth your time.

The podcast is from "That UFO Podcast" which is produced by a Scottish guy named Andy McGrillen. This is a top podcast on the subject. Andy's Scottish brogue might take some getting used to.;-)

Thx for that link re: Vallee and Trinity. That UFO Podcast is one of my favorites.

I am almost finished with the interview; as you said, it is eye-opening.

From a big picture POV, it seems that it is man's stage of technological development that has motivated these "visitors" to make themselves known.

If these beings are "watchers," I guess it is time to stop watching and actually do something.;-)

That said, they don't actually appear to be willing to intervene to stop a nuclear catastrophe. Their rules of engagement appear to prevent such direct intervention.

But, whatever the rules of engagement are, these beings at least appear to be making themselves known.

As Lue Elizondo says, disclosure has already happened. All that remains now is to discover the details of who and what it is that we are dealing with.

Weird time to be alive.

“I guess it is time to stop watching and actually do something.;-)”

A repeat of the 1952 flyover of DC would probably do the trick!

If the Pentagon tried to claim temperature inversion again Congress would demand they all be put on trial for treason.

;-)

Yes. It would.

Like you, I was also surprised to learn from Vallee that there had been a shootdown and craft remains were recovered in the 1952 DC flyover.

The same might be said of the remains of the 1952 craft that Vallee said regarding the Trinity crash ("it was a gift"). Whatever these entities are, they seem to be leading us along their narrative.
