I don’t believe the quote is real, but the sentiment is actually being in play for decades and brought into the public eye now.
The writing doesn’t sound like Kissinger (”game over” “win-win”) etc. And while the WHO is definitely trying to destroy as many of us as possible, they probably didn’t come out and have a ‘WHO Council on Eugenics’ as some of us would object and funds could tape off a little.
I think WHO and Bill Gates and others have their Eugenics meetings but not with reporters present or at least reported to the newspapers where they sat neglected until 2022. I think both Kissinger and WHO would be a little more discrete and we would have heard about that quote quite a bit before now.
The MSM lies, of course, and the sky is blue, so it’s probably a waste of time for me to say Reuters ‘fact-checked’ this. I mean, if a Reuters fact-check says something is false, we’re almost guaranteed that it’s true, amIright?
FWIW, Reuters claims Kissinger never spoke at WHO, and that would be easier to check than specific words in a speech.

It’s now being reported that the Konnech CEO is considered a major flight risk. During a Zoom call yesterday, Ingham County Prosecutors Office Unit Chief Nicole Matusko called Mr. Yu a significant flight risk and explained how they believed he was attempting to potentially flee the United States.

1. We reach a precipice with total nuclear annihilation. The public is being primed/groomed for it as we speak.
2. Trump brokers a secret deal with Russia and Ukraine and saves the world.

A 5-year-old child who attends a public elementary school in Chesterfield County, Virginia was sent home from kindergarten with a copy of “I’m Not A Girl,” a pro-trans book about a little girl proclaiming boyhood. National File spoke exclusively with the child’s father, who revealed that the book is being marketed directly to kids and that the school doesn’t require children, no matter how young, to receive parental consent before checking out sexually-explicit content.
Speaking exclusively with National File, the child’s father, who will remain nameless for reasons of personal and family security, revealed that his 5-year-old child obtained a copy of “I’m Not A Girl” from the Moseley Elementary School library after it was marketed to students directly as part of a promotional book display.
Seems like they are really stepping up their efforts to traumatize children these days.

Oliverdog got into the trash quick as a wink and stole a cooked pork chop bone and before I could even get to him, he had swallowed it whole. So, a call to Pet Er who told me not to worry, their digestive juices dissolve them. I didn’t believe her 😂, certain my dog would die a horrible death. Nope, he dissolved it, I saw maybe a couple of small pieces of bone in his poops.

Thank you for the article. I like seeing the beginning of the wave of representatives willing to fight Trudeau’s communist policies - Pierre Poilievre winning the leadership of the Conservative Party, Danielle Smith replacing Kenney in Alberta, and the Prairie Premiers telling Trudeau they won’t permit their citizens to be harassed by feds trying to enforce Trudeau’s new gun laws. They’re all strong moves in the right direction. Our conservative-in-name-only Premier of Ontario has been bought and paid for so I don’t expect much in the way of change in my province. Toronto also tends to drag the province to the left, like most big cities’ oversized influence on the people outside their city.
