Somebody post the meme of the rats fighting. That’s what this is. How can we allow human beings to exist like this? This is sick! Government is supposed to protect its citizens, not encourage animal behavior. Put the drug addicts and criminals in jail. The mentally ill in mental hospitals. The rest are bums and should be arrested for vagrancy. Problem solved.

I left SF for good in late 2008 and it wasn't much better then. But hey, at least all of those nervous liberal female voters don't have to worry about being arrested for stealing when they end up homeless after their worthless husbands dump them...because the Democrat politicians care enough to look the other way when petty crimes occur. /s
