It’s about the deep state upholding the “rules”...
They are not violating any laws.
They are going against the rules.
Government agencies can’t pass laws.
They create rules.
If the rules are challenged, the agency, and this the deep state, loses their power.
The only way around this is to have congress do their damn jobs and pass legislation.
Every rule written by every agency needs to be eliminated, and the responsibility sent back to congress

Nonsense. He is supplying a private club of members who want what he is selling. "Everyone else" is too broad a term. The feds should start worrying about the possible contamination in gay bathhouses, greasy bar'n'grills, roaming ice cream trucks, curbside food vendors and junk-food manufacturers before they hit an Amish farm.

Government apparatchiks dislike groups such as the Amish who choose to live off the grid, because they’re not controllable by the bureaucracy. The EPA was established to kill off (figuratively) all such groups of people, especially those who are religion based.
One of the biggest threats to the USDA and FDA is healthy Amish families.

In my neck of the woods there was a thriving cattle farm and meat packing operation that was very popular and appreciated by the citizenry for miles around. The FDA sent an uneducated idiot there to hassle them out of business and that’s exactly what happened. CLOSED BY GOVERNMENT EDICT! Always remain aware that often the Government does NOT show up on the doorstep “to help” you!
