Pretty good ‘put up or shut up’ - ThankQ for the link to (monster) PDF
No it is not. One must be careful in the sun. Getting blistered is bad news. That there is a second degree burn.

He has a site, but it’s not up to date. All the action takes place on Telegram.
Do you know what account to search on Tele? You can only search the accounts you are subscribed to.
There’s an app called D Minder that helps you determine how much vitamin D you’re getting in any given situation. You enter some personal information (skin tone, age) and then which city you’re in and your percentage of skin coverage that day. It accesses weather/UV information, date, location and time of day to calculate how many IU’s of vitamin D you’re getting, and it warns you when you’re in danger of getting sunburned. It’s free and it’s useful but you need an electronic device.
Well I use sunscreen, liberally. Im too old to let my skin get sunburnt and someones gotta tend the lawn, etc
so far its never bothered me and it works a champ!
I will ping you if I find that info about the DC bomb placer. Only luck will allow me to find it.
If it has the map of the US with color codes, red for conservative, then that’s what I was looking for.
I registered on Telegram but they wanted to send a code to my phone, and it never arrives, or scan something. I have no clue what to do to my phone to get the code. Did many searches to find out how, to no avail.
I find a fair number of TElegram channels or accounts or whatever they’re called can’t be seen unless one is a member. Kinda sucks. At least with vile twitter anyone can read almost all accounts.

Researchers Discover How COVID-19 Damages Heart
webmd ^ | 7/26/2022 | Jay Croft
(keep up with the zinc and D3, people!)

From the article:
“It’s already known from the clinical side that COVID-19 infection can induce heart injury; however, what we don’t know is the mechanistic details of how this occurs. What we suspect is that the spike protein has unknown pathological roles,” said Zhiqiang Lin, Ph.D., lead author of the study and an assistant professor at the Masonic Medical Research Institute in Utica, New York.
“Our data show that the spike protein from SARS-CoV-2 causes heart muscle damage. That’s why it’s important to get vaccinated and prevent this disease.”
They state that the spike protein is probably the culprit, yet they recommend everyone get a vaccine that induces your body to make spike proteins by the billions. The vaccination recommendation is no surprise considering it’s coming from the MASONIC Medical Research Institute in Utica, New York. These people must think we’re stupid.
For diet...The Ikarian Cookbook...Ikaria: Lessons on Food, Life, and Longevity from the Greek Island Where People Forget to Die: A Cookbook
Part cookbook, part travelogue, Ikaria is an introduction to the food-as-life philosophy of the Greek island "blue zone" and a culinary journey through luscious recipes, gorgeous photography, and captivating stories from locals.
The remote and lush island of Ikaria in the northeastern Aegean is home to one of the longest-living populations on the planet, making it a "blue zone." Much of this has been attributed to Ikaria's stress-free lifestyle and Mediterranean diet: daily naps, frequent sex, a little fish and meat, free-flowing wine, mindful exercise like walking and gardening, hyper-local food, strong friendships, and a deep-rooted disregard for the clock. No one knows the Ikarian lifestyle better than Chef Diane Kochilas, who has spent much of her life there. Capturing the true spirit of the island, Kochilas explains the importance of shared food, the health benefits of raw and cooked salads, the bean dishes that are passed down through generations, the greens and herbal teas that are used in the kitchen and in the teapot as "medicine," and the nutritional wisdom inherent in the ingredients and recipes that have kept Ikarians healthy for so long.
Ikaria is more than a cookbook. It's a portrait of the people who have achieved what so many of us yearn for: a fuller, more meaningful and joyful life, lived simply and nourished on real, delicious, seasonal foods that you can access anywhere
Spouse has been feeding me this diet for over half a century.
Weird = interesting, so you got that going for you.

There’s an app called “dminder” that will tell you when you are getting D production at your latitude. It has another feature to track your exposure. For instance at this moment I can get another hour of D. I have another that’s totally bitchin. It’s called “Sun Seeker”. Where ever you point the phone it will tell you where the sun will be at that time any day of the year. It’s handy for gardening.
No I don’t.
And I don’t have an account on Telegram.
There is a place for sunscreen, but it should be a naturally derived one or clothes. Remember, if it goes on you it goes in you. Plus the natural recipes I talked about up thread are great for your skin. Double bonus.
If you aren’t logged in to Twitter you are limited to how much you can scroll tweet responses. I can still log in with my banned account. Most of the tweets are still there, too. None of the media is, however.
