I think senators need a ‘vote of confidence’ 4 years into every 6 year term. Allow the (party) voters to ‘impeach’ their sitting senator when they go astray. Probably require a constitutional amendment. The world is moving too fast to be stuck with politicians who go stale too fast. Just look at what Biden has done in 17 months.
