According to the article, this is a Serbian business deal with Bangladesh. Ukrainian plane and crew are on rent/lease.

Anything that comes from China is propaganda. 100% this robot is doing nothing.
They have solar farms but no wiring. Before Olympics, poles were covered with solar panels but no wire attached to them. They are testing, but tests are not sent to labs for analysis.
If someone is positive, any other family member can go to a Quarantine facility in exchange for a positive person.
