I’m not so convinced on this whole Prussia thing. Not at all. I’m still looking into it but I’m very skeptical at this point. Again I’m looking at this from the perspective of a person steeped in pre-WW1 and WW1 history.

Q did say MIL was the only way, and the remark related to POTUS being safe or insulated onboard AF1 out of the country.
It was not fair to Q, but it was made easy for readers to extrapolate that something unsafe for POTUS was coming, and the Law of War citation made a lot of things sound possible that maybe are not?
I have no idea what’s true regarding Law of War, MIL and a president in between, Q didn’t say outright, a lot of things, but referenced a lot of sources that did.
