Yup.. I remember watching the same. Not to mention it is a woman power version of Trek, and most appear to be carpet munchers.
*** SEE #8 for correct link...
....and the problem with that is....? I only wish they had those little short skirts like in TOS!
Vulcans have sex whenever they want, not every 7 years.
Maybe they CAN has Teh Sexez whenever they want but they HAVE to have it at that 7 year mark.
T'Pol in ST-Enterprise seemed like she'd have Teh Sexez whenever it struck her fancy.
You know, I never even bothered to watch one episode. I could tell it stunk from a mile away. Just the canon-ruining reimaging of the Klingons, that was bad enough. Then they postulated FUNGI DRIVE??? And the ship would do cartwheels when warping?
Nonsense.
Ok, that reminds me. The only thing missing from Star Trek these days is the space babes. All the women are ugly lesbians. Not that there’s anything wrong with that...
“their” —> There are
(oops)
The helmslady was a butch-as-hell bulldyke.
PING for link
Thank you.. that describes it much better than I did ;^)
Carina Drummer in The Expanse!
see #1 in this: https://spaceinvaderblog.wordpress.com/2017/04/20/the-expanse-hottest-five-characters/
Yeah I’m also a sucker for an english or scottish accent in a woman.
Although that review says the actress is Cara Gee.
Holy cow, I’m wrong. Cara Gee is the Expanse, and SNW is Christina Chong. Look like twins to me, and that’s not a racist remark. Boy am I embarrassed.
Except Sam served under April, not Pike. He’d have also likely been in his 50s by then, not some green Lieutenant.
Yeah, that description was a little over the top for me. Plus I have a hard time not seeing Pike as Bohannon on Hell on Wheels.
the wimmins are wearin’ dresses, tho. that’s gotta count for sumthin’
Haven’t seen it but I’ve heard it has black hobbits.
Hey babe, how you doin'?
I gotta say, I liked the first 2 episodes of Strange New Worlds. Characters are likable, and unlike on Star Trek Discovery, there giving the main characters significant dialog and making them part of the plot. In Discovery, it might have well been called Micheal Burnham Star Trek.
The Andorran, Hemmer is already one of my favorite characters.
Watching “Mudds’ Women” as I type this——XLNT!
The Original Remastered,
.
HIT IT?————A Yes.
