I quite recently got turned off for a week, my FR first time ever,
right here.

The denigrating signpost keywords still tattoo our halls of fellowship,
as well as the threads beyond the trees where we dare post. While the
only evidence we’ve been allowed showed a single harasser, we’re still
not allowed to know if that is the case or if there’s actually a mob.

I’ve experienced no warnings, threats, intimidations or suspensions
on Truth Social. (1880+ followers, at the moment, without any “Train Games”;
instead most likely due to y’all’s #MemeUnition supply efforts I’ve been busy
hammering the Truth Social Beta with all this time. Lots. Maybe 2000?)

Truth Social owns their own hardware, and cloud infrastructure through
Rumble, by the way, not to mention management still intensely interested in
as well as fully engaged in The Fight.

I find it easier to imagine Truth Social withstanding a “Turn Off”, than
Free Republic.

I recommend Truth Social as being presently better “Prepared” for all that
is coming that cannot be stopped... ;-)

My hopes that Free Republic would take a firm public stand with Truth Social
are still hanging. (Instead I get an HG anti “all of us” over “covfefe” PM, lol!)

With respect to LONG COVID it’s worth remembering that C19 comes from a respiratory virus. The xrays taken early on showed that detectable damage happened to the lung alveoli. Minor cases that caused a cough or lung fluid (like Pneumonia) didn’t necessarily leave permanent scarring. But at the next level when the alveoli actually got damaged it left scarring that is permanent. The LONG part refers, no doubt, to the permanent changes which manifest themselves in diminished lung capacity. While the body can gradually compensate for a damaged lung it can take a long time and the damage is, indeed, permanent. The other symptoms, such as brain fog, can happen repeatedly also. Remember early on there were reports on the need for twin lung transplants? That’s when both lungs get serious alveoli scarring. So How come we haven’t heard of those cases recently? Maybe victims aren’t living long enough to get a transplant?
