Spoke with Katy today She is feeling far better. Fortunately, it did not reach her lungs, which are compromised from being an ex-smoker and having pneumonia a few years ago.
Zinc makes her sick, but she bought zinc-containing supplement on AMZ. It’s combined with quercetin and may work without making her sicker.

Well the CDC and WHO recommended months ago to get a booster for the J&J 2 months after the J&J. It can be either a another J&J or better an mRNA. The booster is really important for the J&J to develop B and T cells for long term immunity.

Regarding the zinc....I have to be careful and only take LOW doses, and, at night.
Otherwise....very nauseous.
Maybe the night time, lower dosing might work for Katy, as well.

My brother who is in his late 50’s is high risk, because he takes a rather expensive biologic to tone down his immune response that aggravates arthritis in his knees. He got his first 2 Moderna vaccinations in the Spring of 2021. Due to his very serious comorbidity he got his third Moderna vaccination in August 2021 which was before the general recommendation for people over 50 in September 2021. He tested positive for COVID-19 almost 2 weeks ago on Friday, January 13. His symptoms peaked on the following Sunday and started declining thereafter. I’m pretty certain that he would have had a much harder course of the disease if he had not gotten all 3 shots. Furthermore he got COVID about 5 months after getting his 3rd shot. That’s enough time for the antibody levels to decrease. not peak levels of antibodies that protected him from more serious disease. It’s the B and T cells that were primed and ready to go in case he got infected with COVID. The B cells make more antibodies, and the T cells attack infected cells.
You truly do believe that these 3 shots kept his severe cases of POST jab china virus less than had he NOT had any of the $hots, to begin with??
I know of friends who have very similar comorbities/health issues, who did NOT take the $hots and have been on recommended, safe and effective preventatives and/or treatments....that have faired quite well.
Either no china virus, at all, or, a very mild case.
You don’t have any way to be 100% certain that your dear brother might have even faired better, having not had these shots.
I’m glad he’s (hopefully fully) recovered and hope that he has no long term china virus related issues.
Just found out that my 69 yo brother died today of Covid after being on a ventilator for 2 weeks. We’ve been estranged for 25 years but I’m still shocked and saddened. He was unvaxxed and took lots of supplements, but apparently he refused to seek help even with 02 sats in the 80s. By then he had pneumonia. I’m really sad for his kids who are taking it really hard. 😢

This what I see where I am........... BUT verify when you talk to Quest where you are. Ask if D3 levels are checked in a common blood panel.
As posted previously, I was dumb and unaware 4 years ago but Quest (establish your account with them!) did my D3 and it came in at 34. Today it is 75 ng/ml.

My dear, my testing is not done at Quest. There are a bazillion results, but D levels is not one of them. Also, I expected iron results but that was not one of the tests, either.
Tell them what D levels you want. My Docs....I phoned them up and told them what blood tests I wanted. The silly girl on the phone asked me who (what doc) ordered them. I told her I ordered them myself...and they got done by Quest.
OK. Thanks. That’s a good idea — order my own test. I think we have Quest or similar in this neck of the woods. I think I’ll do that mid-February.
Silly me, I assumed that when my PCP put in the lab order, D, iron, other basics would be included. There are a bunch of other obscure results on the report and I asked about them. She said something like, “They aren’t important”, or similar. Huh! Then why are they THERE?
But I’m not surprised since I’ve lost all confidence in her and the medical group I’m in.
Also, why wouldn’t there be OTC options to test your own blood for the basics like vitamin numbers? Prick your finger and get a result like with blood sugar. At-home urine tests can tell about pregnancy and UTIs.

Dreadful about your sister. Sorry to hear about her compromised condition. I hope and pray that she recovers. Keep us posted.
