Haha! That’s a riot! I spent a week in Coutts once for work. It exists only to facilitate the flow of people and vehicles from Alberta through to Montana. On the US side of the border is Sweetgrass, with a population of well less than 100. The population of Coutts is about 250 and the only business is Customs and Immigration and any infrastructure to support the tiny population. There was one gas station, one small grocer and one liquor/beer store when I was there, and one road into both countries. A blockade in these two towns with a combined population of less than 400 will really mess things up in both countries.

I love how the world is waking up and exerting pressure on those who think they rule us rather than merely operate the machinery of government.

12 the Amendment has no way for the VP to change election results

Constitutionally, that's it for the VP.

The only place they think they have to close a loop-hole is the "Electoral Count Act of 1887" which has since been codified as:
"3 USC Ch. 1: PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS AND VACANCIES".

The only place in that code the VP can do anything is section§15. Counting electoral votes in Congress

Had a state sent in 2 sets of certificates, the VP is suppose to open both. That's it. There is no other duty for the VP in the codes.

If anybody has found a way where the VP can alter the election, please point me to it?
