I was hoping the worse was over with.
One of my supermarkets was out of grassfed beef a few days ago. They told me the people working in slaughter houses had covid. Horrible thought. So I made do with grassfed chicken. Prices a little higher, but not unmanageable.
What companies might be doing is to shut down the entire factory to break the infection cycle when more than just a few workers call in sick.
